one of the most horrible experience. unfriendly manager. we stayed for a day only.the a.c. wasn't working when requested for change of room they told it is not possible. it was suffocating to saty in the room.kids became cranking. was provided with body lotion for bathing.when asked they told we give this only..shower gel is only for hand wash attached on the basin. far from city center and main tourist places. public transport like metro also 15 to 20 mins walk. away for tourist like us. total avoid hotel.arrogant manager.

I was very happy with this hotel. Marisse at reception was very welcoming both at check in and check out . Lobby and seating areas are excellent spaces to relax. Room was spacious and clean with decent pillows. Breakfast was very well stocked and organised. Public transport is easily available on foot. Only issue was with some LOUD Spanish tourists but they left after one night next door to me . Maybe some polite signs in Spanish asking the bus tour groups that seem to frequent Brussels ( with regularly loud conversations) to respect other guests would help

Firstly this hotel was booked by a travel operator for us as part of a European tour. We stayed here for 1 night only as a stop over before coming home. We got the tram from Brussel MIDI station & what an experience that was, very dirty area, lots of homeless folk and someone was robbed as we were leaving the station. The tram stopped halfway for some time before continuing. Beggars got on and hassled folk for money ( I’m not opposed to giving others money but would prefer to do on my own terms). We were advised to get off at a station called. ‘ Thomas’ (but would have been better to get off at Brussels Nord with hindsight). The pavements are individual small paving stones so are difficult when pulling a large suitcase any distance. Thankfully google maps once again to the rescue. The hotel reception staff were very pleasant, informative & helpful. Breakfast was good- choice of food. Room however was dated, shower leaked @ side ( although hot & powerful), noticed the carpets in the corridor on way to lift were very stained in lots of places.lifts very efficient. Left bags while we went into city for a few hours before leaving which was good. No charge.

Stayed 3 nights Feb 2024. Arrived few hours before advertised check in, reception staff very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Great hotel, location north of Brussels. Metro and train station 10 minute walk away. Hotels- all staff friendly and helpful. Nice lobby area with bar and restaurant, open from 5pm. Buffet Breakfast good selection. Rooms, nice size and clean, no aircon, but windows do open. Supermarket behind the hotel and restraunts within 10-15 minute walk. Would recommend and stay again.

Comfortable rooms and nice hotel but terrible service by staff. they acted like the small coffee creamer sachets were a rare commodity! the housekeeping staff doesn't replace them daily and when you call and ask them for 2 sachets of creamer, they point blank dismiss you, as if they are bringing it from home! disappointing.
